Demonstration slow cycle to show the cycle infrastructure issues of the city.

Cycle Carlisle’s slow cycle that day is also enjoying a change of venue, with the meeting point at 11am on the same Saturday being the Upper Viaduct car park, to then take a route along West Walls. This is a regular event that aims to highlight infrastructure issues within the city. All are also welcome to join this ride.
